Organizers

Enock Dorestan

Enock Dorestan is an artist designer, award winner indie filmmaker  leaving in Orlando Florida. Though he attended law school, his passion led him away from legal practice and towards design and visual arts.

In 2011, Enock sated his artistic appetite while staying in Mexico. It is here where he was introduced to filmmaking. He wasted no time in gaining hands - on industry experience by working as an extra in various Mexican productions, and as a talent model in several commercials aired in Mexico. After he moved to the U.S., he attended design school. After graduating, he combined what he learned there with his filmmaking experiences to direct and screen write his first short film, Spilled Paint. He created the Central Florida CineFest in the hope to support emerging filmmakers. 

Beth Wheatley

Beth Wheatley is a producer and actress, known for Eastsiders (2012), Beyond Approval(2016) and The Storefront (2019).

Stephen Guarino

Stephen Guarino was born in DeLand Florida. He is an actor know for Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here, ABC's Happy Endings, and recently ABC's Dr Ken. He is an alumni of the Florida State University Theatre Department, creator of the Off-Broadway sensation "The Nuclear Family", and a graduate of The Public Theatre Shakespeare Program.

Jon Kohan

Jon Kohan is an award-nominated screenwriter from Johnstown, Pa. He’s been screenwriting for 10+ years both in film and television. His recent horror/comedy short, Family Game Night earned him a “Best Screenwriter” nomination from the Shock Stock film festival (which saw the film’s lead, Mark Brombacher win “Best Actor” at the festival). The short has also won several overall festival awards and is a hit with critics.

Germaine Brooks

Germaine Brooks is an American born actor originally from Central Florida. As a child he began his career doing TV commercials for various local outlets and appearing on nickelodeon as well. Becoming a young adult Germaine began to focus on acting and script writing. His re-emergence in the dramatic arts has landed him several television and film roles most notably appearing on the television show "Fatal Attraction" and "Lila and Eve" starring alongside Jennifer Lopez and Viola Davis. "Lila and Eve" was featured in the Sundance Film festival and received rave reviews and was recently purchased by Samuel Goldwyn Films.

Frank Veenstra

A positive person, who loves to think in solutions, not problems and takes real pride in his work. From a young age on I knew I had a passion for movies and writing. Later on in life I decided to combine these two passions and I have been writing reviews- and movie related articles for over 15 years.

James Yon

James is a nationally touring comedian who has been in the entertainment industry for almost 20 years. He has been featured in printed syndications such as THE COMEDY BIBLE Magazine and THE HUMOR MILL Magazine. Not only does he travel internationally performing comedy but he also hosts a popular IHeart Radio show called, "REAL LAUGHS" on REAL RADIO 104.1. James is no stranger to being in front of the camera as he was featured on THE TRAVEL CHANNEL'S BIG TIME RV. He now makes TV his home as the host of,"THAT OTHER SHOW" on the AFRO Channel.

Tora Himan

Tora Himan is a Drag Queen, (that’s right boys!) from Orlando, Florida. Host of the Award Winning YouTube Channel- Drag Queen Network. Her current titles include 2019 Miss Rose Dynasty, 2019 Miss Citrus State Comedy Queen and 2018 Miss Gay Days People’s Choice Award Winner. When Tora isn’t in Drag, she has Film and TV credits that include- Law and Order, Law and Order Criminal Intent, Kings, SNL, 30 Rock, Rescue Me, Life on Mars, Gossip Girl, Cupid, The Winning Season.

Stacy Gannon

Stacy Gannon is professional Makeup Artist and co-founder of Trifecta Beauty Inc.

Since growing up in a large family in Baltimore, she has always been drawn to the glitz and glamour of old Hollywood fashion and makeup.  In her preteens, her family moved to Central Florida.  This exposed Stacy to performing on stage and in front of the camera.  During her acting days, she learned many hands-on makeup techniques, which continued to fuel her passion and love of makeup.She's had the privilege to do makeup and styling on various productions, fashion shows, photoshoots, and celebrities at Cons: Megacon (Orlando and Tampa) and, Power Ranger - Rangerstop.
